How can I contact Unnsure?

Can I alter or change my order?

Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any alterations. However, you are more than welcome to return your order. For more information on our policy visit our returns page. 

Is it possible to cancel my order? 

Unfortunately you cannot cancel your order once it has been paid for and completed. Visit our returns page for more information if you do wish to make a return once you receive your product.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain all the information you need to track your order. Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed. 

How do I use a store credit / gift card / discount code? 

During the payment stage at the checkout, fill in the Gift Card or Discount section by copying and pasting the code you have for the store credit or gift card. Click apply once entered. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Afterpay.

What is Afterpay? 

Afterpay lets you buy what you want instantly! No payment needed upfront and no interest. With Afterpay, you can split your payments up over a four week period. Simply choose the debit card or credit card you want to use and they will schedule your automatic payments for you.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! Unnsure ships worldwide. Please see our Shipping Page for more information.

I don't live in Australia - do I have to pay additional taxes?

You may be responsible for any additional taxes applied to your purchases by the destination country. 

When will my order be sent out? 

We endeavour to get all orders sent out the same day! We cannot 100% guarantee this however. For same day dispatch ensure you place your order before 11am AEST. If you have an urgent order feel free to email us at info@unnsure.com.au. 

What does Vintage mean?

Vintage means pre-loved, not brand new. It is important to remember that almost ALL vintage items will show small signs of wear. This 'lived in' feeling is what makes vintage so special and unique!

Will my order arrive by courier? 

We use Australia Post. 

Where is Unnsure located? 

We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia. 

I am an influencer, can you send me free items?

Unfortunately not! We reach out to influencers occasionally and they are carefully considered.
