Can I get an exchange or refund?
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. We will happily accept full price items for a store credit (excluding shipping charges). Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. We will ONLY accept refunds for faulty items. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of Unnsure receiving the returned item.
How do I make a return?
Email email@example.com with the order number to receive your return authorization. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend you use a tracking number when returning for proof of shipment.

Please include your returns form in your parcel.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your order.
We will accept a return if the item is:
- Is new and unworn with all original swing tags attached, does not have make-up or fake tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
- Sent back within 14 days
Can I return Sale items?
Sale items cannot be returned. Please do not send back a sale item as we will not be able to process it.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we will amend this at no further cost to you. Please email us within 48 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All incorrect items must be returned unworn with tags attached. Upon receiving the item back we can either send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on what you would rather.
Unnsure is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please hold onto proof of postage as Unnsure is not responsible for returns lost by Australia Post. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A store credit or refund will be provided within 5 business days of receiving the original item/s.
